The Trusts operate within a ‘shared programme’ with a common application form and assessment process. All relevant information needs to be provided to allow for assessment under each Trust, as detailed in the application forms.

The aims of the following Trusts, which are registered charities, are to relieve poverty, suffering and distress, particularly among those who are unable to pay charges for the supply of domestic energy/water services provided to premises used or occupied by them.
