Service description:
Serve's Community Transport Scheme helps elderly and disabled people to access medically related appointments, including their doctor, the hospital, dentist and chiropodist. We will also take people to visit relatives in hospital or local nursing homes.

The Scheme covers people who live in Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Raunds, Irthlingborough and surrounding villages, and we are able to cover hospital appointments in places such as Leicester, Oxford and Stoke Mandeville, as well as the usual local medical facilities.

we have wheel chair accessible vehicles, driven by our own drivers. In addition to the normal expenses, there is a surcharge of £10 per journey for the wheelchair accessible vehicles, which should be booked 5 days in advance of the appointment
