Gail Willis Yoga sessions involve stretching, flexing and toning, building up own stamina and confidence.
Yoga is great for muscles and joints, particularly good for bad backs. Yoga is also great for depression and anxiety.
Chiball yoga - Uses aromatherapy balls to assist moves.
Also qualified in Pilates and Alexander Technique, plus Zumba Instructor.
Age groups: From 7 years upwards
